The practice is led by Balaji Sampathkumar, a lean six sigma black belt, a certified AI strategist, and an operations transformation expert with 23+ years of experience across Operations,Technology and Consulting with organizations like HSBC, Oracle, Capgemini and Deutsche Bank. That career was spent building the infrastructure that keeps large-scale operations running without breaking — process redesigns, cost reduction programs, workflow automation, and cross-functional execution at scale.
That experience is what shaped OpsHub’s methodology. The same principles that saved millions inside enterprise operations are now packaged for businesses that are big enough to feel the pain but not big enough to hire a full-time COO or internal ops team.
